• AI Feature Interaction Data: For features that use Artificial Intelligence (e.g., AI Assistant, Schedule Optimizer), we send the content you provide (like text prompts or images) to our third-party AI service provider, Google (via Genkit), to generate a response. We do not store the prompts or the AI-generated responses long-term on our servers after the interaction is complete.

To do so, please navigate to your Profile page within the application and use the "Request Data Deletion" feature. This will initiate a formal process to remove your data from our systems.
